Optimization of open micro-channel heat sink with pin fins by multi-objective genetic algorithm

چکیده

Micro-channel heat sink is an effective way to solve the dissipation problem of electronic devices because its compact structure and outstanding ability. In order obtain high efficiency low resistance micro-channel sink, a new open rectangular with pin fins was proposed enhance transfer. The orthogonal test method used design experiment, 3-D software SOLIDWORKS establish 25 groups model which has different structural parameters. numerical calculation carried out ANSYS FLUENT simulation experimental values parameters as variables were obtained. According simulated values, objective functions thermal pumping power constructed, agent between optimization established. Pareto optimal solutions calculated by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, analyzed k-means clustering analysis five points obtained, clusters compared verified simulation. it found that there tradeoff highest lowest can make both within range, so sink.
